Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate administration.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Help manage employee data and general HR administration tasks.
  • Support internal HR activities such as attendance tracking, document filing, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate with the HR team for internal initiatives and projects.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to HR activities.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology or Human Resource Management (preferred).
  • Not currently attending regular classes (academically inactive).
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources (recruitment, administration, training, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • English communication skills are a plus.
  • Available for a minimum 3-month internship period.
